Issue Or Symptom

After renaming a Windows Contact group in Windows Vista Contacts (by right-clicking it and choosing Rename, iTunes may not update or show the renamed Group(s) when you select the device in iTunes and then select "Selected Groups" under the Info tab.

Solution

This is the same behavior as renaming the file in Explorer. If you open the group after renaming it, you'll see that the group name itself remains unchanged.
